Prime Minister congratulated Ireland on Saint Patrick’s Day
Prime Minister Gintautas Paluckas extended greetings to Prime Minister Micheál Martin and the people of Ireland on Saint Patrick’s Day.
'I deeply value our close bilateral ties across all areas of mutual interest and cooperation at both the EU and international levels. The Lithuanian diaspora in Ireland and the Irish nationals living and working in Lithuania form some of the strongest bonds between our countries, contributing to prosperity and enriching the cultural life of both nations.
In light of Russia’s ongoing war against Ukraine and geopolitical turbulence, it is more crucial than ever for the EU and the entire democratic world to stand united and fully support Ukraine in defending its territory and our shared values', - says the Prime Minister's letter of greetings.
On this special occasion, Prime Minister Paluckas wished Ireland and its people prosperity and well-being.
