Prime Minister’s greetings to new French Head of Government Edouard Philippe

Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis extends greetings to newly appointed Head of the French Government, Edouard Philippe.

We appreciate France’s contribution to the international peace and security. We have maintained vigorous and mutually beneficial economic relations, and we have shown solidarity and responsibility in addressing together the common European challenges. I am convinced that our time-tested partnership, the shared values and the positive public sentiment will take further our bilateral relations, while ensuring peaceful, safe and secure future for our people in the European Union”, reads Prime Minister’s letter.

The Prime Minister concludes his letter by wishing the new French Prime Minister every success in the achievement of the goals.
