Prime Minister’s greetings to Slovenia celebrating its Statehood Day

Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis has extended sincere congratulations on behalf of the Government and the people of Lithuania to Slovenia on the occasion of its Statehood Day.

‘Lithuania attaches great importance to the development of close and friendly relations between our nations on bilateral, European and international levels. I firmly believe in our shared positions and common efforts for a peaceful and secure future of the European Union and NATO community. Without doubt, the further cooperation between Lithuania and Slovenia, based on mutual understanding, intensifying people- to-people contacts, growing opportunities in the fields of tourism and economic cooperation will continue to grow in the years to come’, reads Prime Minister’s letter.
