Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis has expressed his condolences over the terrorist attack in New Zealand.

“We have been utterly shocked by this brutal violence against innocent people, which cannot be justified in any way. In this difficult hour of bereavement, I express my deep sympathy to the families and friends of the victims. I wish those injured speedy recovery as well as strength and unity for the entire nation of New Zealand.” – reads Prime Minister’s letter.
