Continuing his official visit to Sweden, Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius met with the heads of the largest Swedish power energy companies. The meeting focused on the strategic energy projects of Lithuania relevant to the region as a whole.

Meetings between the Government and representatives of small business, trade, and farmers proved successful: today the Ministry of Economy and the Lithuanian Association of Small Business and Trade have signed a Memorandum whereby agreement has been reached on key concepts with a view to tackling problems arising to citizens who work on the basis of business permits.
