Submission of requests and complaints:

Request and complaint requirements:

  • specify your full name or your legal entity name, contact details
  • and sign the documents, electronic documents must have your electronic signature
  • state the issue in a concrete and understandable way, provide the reasoning behind it
  • add a translation into Lithuanian in the cases where the document is done other language than English, German and Russian

Providing a response:

  • we will respond to your request and complaint within 20 working days
  • you will be notified of non-admission of your request or complaint within five working days
