Prime Minister Extends National Day Greetings to Belgium
Prime Minister Mindaugas Sinkevičius has extended warm congratulations to the Prime Minister Bart De Wever and the people of the Kingdom of Belgium on the occasion of Belgium's National Day.
In his message, the Prime Minister highlighted the close friendship and strong partnership between Lithuania and Belgium, emphasizing that Belgium remains an important and trusted partner in strengthening Europe's security, enhancing resilience, reinforcing defence capabilities, advancing the green and digital transitions, and promoting sustainable economic growth.
"I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Belgium's valuable contribution to the NATO enhanced Forward Presence Battlegroup in Lithuania and its participation in the NATO Baltic Air Policing Mission.
