The Prime Minister Congratulates Spain on Its National Day
Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania Mindaugas Sinkevičius, on behalf of the Government, extended his sincere congratulations to the people of the Kingdom of Spain on the occasion of Spain’s National Day.
“Lithuania greatly values its friendly relations with Spain and close cooperation within the European Union, NATO and other international formats. We remain deeply grateful for Spain's steadfast contribution to NATO’s collective defence, including the Air Defence and the Enhanced Forward Presence in the Baltic region.
I look forward to strengthening our cooperation in promoting our shared values and interests within the European Union and NATO and to addressing today’s challenges through solidarity and shared responsibility,” the Prime Minister said in his congratulatory message.
