Prime Minister addresses ESPAS Conference ‘Shaping Europe’s Future: Global Trends and Strategic Choices’
On 18-19 November, a remote 2021 ESPAS (European Strategy and Policy Analysis System) Annual Conference ‘Shaping Europe’s Future: Global Trends and Strategic Choices’ is held. Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania Ingrida Šimonytė has delivered an opening address at the conference.
Over 40 speakers from around the world will address the conference, including Vice-President of the European Commission Maroš Šefčovič, United Nations Under-Secretary-General Dr. Vera Songwe, and Director of the Strategic Futures Group of the National Intelligence Council Maria Langan-Riekhof.
The aim of the conference is to stimulate discussion among public policy makers, analysts, researchers, foresight experts, academia, and other stakeholders on the latest trends in future insights and their impact on public policy making and implementation.
