Prime Minister congratulates Croatia on Statehood Day
Prime Minister Gintautas Paluckas, on behalf of the Government and the people of Lithuania, warmly congratulated Croatia on the occasion of the Statehood Day and wished the country prosperity and well-being.
"This day is a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the values our nations share and uphold – freedom, democracy, and peace. I value our close cooperation within the European Union and NATO, particularly as we navigate the complex challenges of today’s security environment.
Together, we stand in solidarity with Ukraine as it continues its courageous fight for independence, territorial integrity, and the future of Europe. I am confident that our united voice and commitment will remain unwavering.
Looking ahead, I believe that the friendship and cooperation between Lithuania and Croatia – grounded in our shared principles and strengthened by vibrant economic, cultural, and interpersonal ties – will continue to deepen," said the Head of Government in his congratulatory message.
