Prime Minister Congratulates Luxembourg on National Day
Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė warmly congratulated Luxembourg on the occasion of the National Day and wished the people of the country a joyful celebration.
„I am convinced that the partnership between our countries and our economic, cultural, and people-to-people contacts will continue to grow, and that our joint efforts will contribute to faster achievement of durable peace on the European continent. Let me express my gratitude for Luxembourg’s valuable contribution to the NATO enhanced forward presence battalion in Lithuania.
In the context of Russia’s war against Ukraine and Russia’s offensive against democratic principles and the rule of law, it is now more important than ever to strengthen bilateral ties between our like-minded countries and our partnership within the European Union and NATO,“ says the Prime Minister's greetings.
