Prime Minister Congratulates Newly Sworn-In Head of the Australian Government
Prime Minister Gintautas Paluckas extended his congratulations to the newly sworn-in Prime Minister of Australia, Anthony Albanese, wishing him and his Government every success in their future endeavours.

Your continued leadership and Australia’s steadfast support for Ukraine, as well as your engagement in upholding the rules-based international order, are deeply appreciated. Despite the great geographical distance, our nations are united by strong people-to-people ties — not least thanks to the vibrant and active Lithuanian community in Australia, which continues to serve as a living bridge between our countries," as stated in Prime Minister G. Paluckas’s message of congratulations.
"Lithuania is placing a high priority on strengthening ties with Australia and the broader Indo-Pacific region," the letter adds, also highlighting the potential for economic co-operation between the two countries, particularly in high value-added sectors.
