Prime Minister Congratulates Slovenia on Statehood Day
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania, Gintautas Paluckas, congratulated Slovenia on the occasion of Statehood Day. In his greetings letter to the Prime Minister of Slovenia Robert Golob, Head of the Lithuanian Government extended best wishes for the well-being and prosperity of the people of Slovenia.
'On behalf of the Government and the people of Lithuania, I extend my sincere congratulations on the Statehood Day of Slovenia. I wish you and the people of Slovenia a joyful celebration and continued success.
Lithuania greatly values the friendship and close cooperation between our countries within the EU, NATO, and other international organisations. In the face of growing global challenges, our unity and shared commitment to democracy, peace, and international law remain essential.
We also deeply appreciate Slovenia’s steadfast support for Ukraine. Together, we must continue defending the principles of sovereignty and freedom, and working towards a stronger, more resilient Europe,' said Prime Minister Gintautas Paluckas.
