Prime Minister extends greetings to Azerbaijan on the Republic Day
On behalf of the Government the people of the Republic of Lithuania, Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė extends greetings to Azerbaijan on the occasion of the Republic Day.
‘Our countries have been enjoying friendly relations and close cooperation across a vast number of fields. We are ready to further enhance our bilateral relations and people-to-people contacts. We look forward to the successful completion of the negotiations on a new agreement that would contribute significantly to the strengthening of the ties between the European Union and Azerbaijan. Lithuania will continue its steadfast support for ever closer relations of Azerbaijan with the European Union,’ reads the Prime Minister’s letter.
