Prime Minister extends greetings to North Macedonia on the Independence Day
Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė has extended greetings to North Macedonia on the occasion of the Independence Day.
‘I am delighted to see that the cooperation between our countries has been expanding lately. As allies and nations that share the same ideals of freedom and democracy, our two countries are committed to further strengthening the NATO Alliance, and building a strong, secure, and open Europe. We commend the progress that your country has made on the European integration path. Lithuania will continue to support North Macedonia on this road. We stand ready to share Lithuania’s experience of EU accession,’ reads the Prime Minister’s letter.
The Head of Government has wished the country security, prosperity, and well-being.
