Prime Minister extends greetings to Yair Lapid on his appointment as Prime Minister of Israel
Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė extends her greetings to Yair Lapid on his appointment as the 14th Prime Minister of Israel and wishes him every success in strengthening the State of Israel.
‘I am proud that our friendship is based on shared values and shared responsibility for the peaceful and democratic future in Europe, Middle East and beyond. I look forward to working together to further strengthen the existing friendship between our countries and our people. For many years Lithuania and Israel have maintained strong historical and cultural bonds which I am convinced we will continue to develop’, reads Prime Minister Šimonytė’s letter of greetings.
Head of the Government of Lithuania assured that Lithuania will remain a trusted partner to achieve common goals for the benefit of both nations and wished the people of Israel security and well-being.
