Prime Minister is sending greetings to all the Jewish people across the world on the start of Hanukkah
The 8-day Hanukkah celebration begins on Sunday evening.
‘Happy Hanukkah, the Festival of Lights, to all the Jews around the world! Lighting of the Hanukkah Menorah symbolises the victory of light over darkness. I am convinced that it is not just victory but also an endless walk towards the light. I wish everyone a happy Hanukkah‘, said Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė.
