Prime Minister’s greetings on the occasion of Rosh Hashanah

Dear Jewish friends around the globe,

Today, as we welcome Rosh Hashanah, a sacred time of renewal and hope, I send you, on behalf of our entire Government, our warmest greetings. The sound of the shofar reminds us of the new beginnings that this year can bring - an opportunity to strengthen our bonds with family, community and the world.

At this turbulent time we wish you strength, peace and tranquillity. May your homes ring with joy, your families be united and each day filled with meaning and hope.

May the coming year be blessed for you and your loved ones!

Shana Tova u’Metuka! Have a good and sweet year!
