Prime Minister’s greetings to Belgium on the occasion of the National Day
Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė has extended her greetings to Belgium on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Belgium.
‘My sincere greetings to you on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Belgium. We highly value the close and friendly relations between our countries and our people. Belgium’s contribution to NATO’s Enhanced Forward Presence Battlegroup in Lithuania is a strong sign of solidarity, which strengthens security in our region and the whole of Europe’, reads Prime Minister’s letter.
The Prime Minister has expressed hope about further strengthening of the shared values and the cooperation between Lithuania and Belgium bilaterally, as well as in EU, NATO, Baltic-Benelux and other formats.
