Prime Minister’s greetings to Luxembourg celebrating National Day
Prime Minister Gintautas Paluckas extends greetings to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg celebrating its National Day on 23 June.
'In these challenging times, marked by Russia’s ongoing war of aggression against Ukraine and threats to the rules-based international order, our unity as EU and NATO partners is more vital than ever. We greatly value Luxembourg’s principled support for Ukraine and its contribution to NATO’s enhanced forward presence in Lithuania, which demonstrates your country’s unwavering commitment to our shared security.
As close partners and like-minded nations, we must continue working together to strengthen Europe’s resilience, support Ukraine’s path towards EU and NATO membership, and ensure accountability for crimes of aggression,' reads Head of the Government letter to Luxembourg’s Prime Minister Luc Frieden.
The Prime Minister concludes his message of greetings by wishing the people of Luxembourg continued success and well-being.
