Prime Minister’s greetings to Malta celebrating its Independence Day

Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė is sending on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania a message of greetings to Malta, which is celebrating its Independence Day on 21 September.

‘I highly value our effective partnership within the EU and other international organizations. I am certain that the constantly growing friendly relations between Lithuania and Malta open new opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation’, reads Prime Minister’s letter.

As Ukraine heroically continues keeping the frontline of its own freedom and the global security order, unity and joint support efforts are crucial.

‘I believe that by keeping our solidarity, we will not only help to overcome the horrors of the war we face today but will also strengthen the values of freedom and democracy’, says Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė.
