Prime Minister’s greetings to Portugal’s new Head of Government
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė has greeted Prime Minister of Portugal, Luís Montenegro, wishing him success in building the future of well-being for the people of Portugal.

Allow me to assure you of our determination to further strengthen our bilateral relations and common endeavours aimed at addressing the emerging geopolitical challenges, including our shared responsibility for a secure and prosperous Europe. Our unity in supporting Ukraine and its people as they fight for their sovereignty, territorial integrity and for the Europe’s freedom is important as we seek sustainable peace, and a strong Europe that remains impervious.
