The 20th Government of the Republic of Lithuania takes office
Today, the 20th Government of the Republic of Lithuania was sworn in, with Prime Minister Inga Ruginienė and her Cabinet of Ministers taking office.
On Thursday, the Seimas approved the new Government's program.
The composition of the 20th Government: Prime Minister Inga Ruginienė, Minister of the Environment Kastytis Žuromskas, Minister of Economy and Innovation Edvinas Grikšas, Minister of Energy Žygimantas Vaičiūnas, Minister of Finance Kristupas Vaitiekūnas, Minister of National Defense Dovilė Šakalienė, Minister of Culture Ignotas Adomavičius, Minister of Social Security and Labor Jūratė Zailskienė, Minister of Transport and Communications Juras Taminskas, Minister of Health Marija Jakubauskienė, Minister of Education, Science, and Sport Raminta Popovienė, Minister of Justice Rita Tamašunienė, Minister of Foreign Affairs Kęstutis Budrys, Minister of the Interior Vladislav Kondratovič, Minister of Agriculture Andrius Palionis.
After the members of the new government were sworn in, the 19th government completed its work.
